At SmoothSpine, we want you to feel as good as you look; if your purchase doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
